Relatives and friends here have received word of the death of Mrs. Mary A. (Todd) Glenn, who passed away Tuesday afternoon October 14th at the home of her granddaughter, Mrs. Delmer Branum, near Rosedale, at the age of 83. Mrs. Glenn spent her girlhood in this community, until she married to Thomas W. Glenn, now almost sixty years ago, and moved with him to Sullivan County where they lived the greater part of their married life. Her husband, a son, two daughters preceded her in death. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. J.W. Chowning, near Rockville, a son Frank Glenn, of Washington, D.C., ten grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. Also three sisters, two brothers, and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services at 1:30 Thursday at the Rosedale Baptist Church of which she and her husband had been members for several years. Interment at Highland Lawn Cemetery, Terre Haute.
